How do I book a unit in a Shoura project?
Fill in the “Register interest” form or reach us on WhatsApp or by phone. One of our consultants will contact you with the available units, arrange a site visit and walk you through the contract steps.
What payment plans are available?
At Ibiza Mall and Al-Andalus Mall: 25% down and the balance over 36 monthly instalments, with delivery within one year. For Al-Safwa Building plans or current offers, contact our sales team.
Where are Shoura’s projects?
All our projects are in 10th of Ramadan City: Ibiza Mall opposite the Higher Technological Institute, close to the electric train and Dar Misr; Al-Andalus Mall in the heart of Al-Andalus District; and Al-Safwa Building in Al-Safwa District, directly across from Al-Safwa Club.
What types of unit are available?
Retail shops, office units and medical clinics at Ibiza Mall; retail shops at Al-Andalus Mall; and apartments at Al-Safwa Building. Availability changes constantly, so we send you the up-to-date list when you contact us.
When are units delivered?
Ibiza Mall and Al-Andalus Mall units are delivered within one year under the published plan; the contract sets the delivery date for each unit.
Can I visit the site before booking?
Of course. Contact us to arrange a convenient time and a member of our team will accompany you.
Are the images final?
The images are illustrative architectural renderings and some final details may differ on delivery. The specification in your contract is the final reference.
Does Shoura offer contracting work?
El Shoura Real Estate Development & Contracting combines development and construction. For contracting enquiries, please contact us directly.
