Images and videos are illustrative renderings. Final details - finishes, colours, landscaping and surroundings - may differ on delivery.

3. Booking and contracts

• Sending your details through the site’s forms is a request to be contacted, not a booking or a contract.
• A unit is booked only through the Company’s authorised sales team, against an official receipt and a written contract issued by the Company.
• The Company is not responsible for any money paid to anyone it has not authorised.

4. Instalment calculator

The calculator gives estimates to help you plan. They are not a quotation or a commitment by the Company.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site - including the logo, text, images, designs and videos - is owned by or licensed to the Company and may not be copied or republished for commercial purposes without written permission.
